UpdateCommGetMsgContactMsgFilled

문자 발신 관련 발화 시 누구에게 보낼 지를 처리하기 위해 전달되는 ViewModelType 이다.
ViewModelType - UpdateCommGetMsgContact 와의 차이점은 발신할 문자 내용이 있는 지 없는 지 유무이다.
onUpdateCommunicationData callback 을 통해서 screenInfo, communicationData 정보가 앱으로 전달된다.
